Motivated by witnessing first hand the frustration many clients experience with up to 5 days waiting for reports, zero flexibility, corporate values, overcomplicated processes and sky high prices.
Forrest inventories was established in 2024 with a passion for property reporting and to ease the lives of our clients by operating in quite the opposite direction to the above. Our clients receive a friendly down to earth, yet professional service.
Every report is clear, accurate and easy to navigate, giving you the information you need without unnecessary jargon and excessive detail.

Our inventory reports involve compiling a comprehensive & detailed description of the fabric and condition of the property, including all contents prior to the beginning of the tenancy.
In short, it provides a written "picture" of the property supported by high-quality and time-stamped photography. Our reports include all outside spaces, so no stone is left unturned!
check-in report
Leveraging our first-hand experience to meet the needs and expectations of property managers.
At check In, we will go through the inventory report with the tenant and perform some final checks including recording meter readings, testing smoke and carbon monoxide alarms as well as finally handing over the keys once signatures are obtained.
The tenant and client will then receive the report the very next day and be given 7 days to confirm its accuracy and can add their feedback if necessary.

In our Checkout reports we make a side-by-side comparison with the original inventory report which enables all parties to identify any deterioration in the contents, cleanliness and condition of the property during the tenancy.
The fully compiled report will be sent to our client the next day for them to assess and action. Previous comparison photographs and deterioration above 'fair wear and tear' all included.
